Here you will find a selection of my most recent paintings. I am infusing Anishinaabemowin, my maternal Grandfathers language, into some of my pieces as a way to connect to my heritage. The words I have chosen to embrace my work are indicative of my relationships, and state of mind at the moment of creation. Zaagichigaazo translates to it/he/she is loved & treasured. Bimaadiziwin translates to it is alive, it is living. Nimishoomis translates to my Grandfather. A red dot 🔴 means it has been purchased and is in private collection. If you would like to add one of my pieces to your collections, please follow me on Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest to see my works as I finish them.
